Zippy Materials Science Inc. was founded in December 2001 to provide process-equipment sales, spare parts, and repair services to the semiconductor and LCD panel industries.

After more than two decades of steady growth, Zippy is now responsible for the maintenance and sales of TDK Load Ports in Taiwan, with service centers in both Hsinchu and Tainan and a full stock of replacement parts — so our engineers can reach your site in the shortest possible time and resolve Load Port issues on the spot.

Beyond TDK Load Ports, we also repair heaters and upper/lower electrodes for semiconductor equipment, supply retainer rings for CMP processes, sell TFT-LCD equipment parts, and service vacuum valves.
